For Sale
•All of my rabbits will be healthy to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale. A complete health inspection will be done in your presence at the time of exchange.
•I will not sell any rabbit showing outward signs of infection, sore hocks, snuffles or any other visible illness.
•I handle my rabbits on a daily basis. As such all of my rabbits have good temperament. I will not sell any animal that shows signs of aggression or biting. .
•Every judge and every breeding is different and I cannot guarantee the results of your showing or breeding any rabbit purchased from me.
•All show and breeding quality stock will be sold with a complete pedigree.
•I require a non-refundable 50% deposit on any rabbit you desire to purchase.
•I reserve the right to remove any rabbits listed as "available" from my sale page if I feel that they are not developing as I had expected them to, or I simply decided to keep them a while longer. I also reserve the right to increase the price of any rabbit until such time that a deposit has been placed on said rabbit.
•No bunny will be considered on hold until the deposit is received.
•Bunnies can be held on your behalf for a maximum of 2 weeks.
•Unless prior arrangements have been made, any bunny not picked up in two weeks will be relisted as for sale on my sale page, and your deposit will be forfeited.
•The balance will be due at the time of pickup.
•Held bunnies are still considered property of CMS Rabbitry until they have been paid for in full.
Health Guarantee
•All rabbits have a 1 week health guarantee
•This does not include injuries that are afflicted to the rabbit(s) while they are not in my care such as stress, neglect/abuse, injuries from other animals, heat stroke, freezing, etc. . .
•If we can trace the illness back to my rabbitry within the first week of ownership, then I will refund your money.
•-You have 24 hours to report an illness to me, otherwise the refund is void.
•I do not and will not pay for any vet bills.
Replacing Rabbits Policy
•I will replace a rabbit that I sold as a buck but turned out to be a doe, and vice versa.
•I will replace a rabbit that has died within the first week of ownership if we can trace the illness from my rabbitry.
